INTELLIDRIVE
IntelliDrive is the next generation technology planned by the U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) and the automobile industry to address safety, mobility and environmental needs. Dedicated Short Range Communications (DSRC) applications will use vehicle-to-vehicle and vehicle-to-infrastructure short range wireless communications to prevent crashes, reduce travel delay and reduce emissions.
