Responding to concerns from the Lighthouse Park Neighborhood, located in the City of St. Augustine, St. Augustine City Commissioner Nancy Sikes-Kline and the North Florida TPO conducted a study focusing on problem areas relating to traffic flows. The study provides an assessment of the situation and recommends potential improvements that would increase safety while preserving mobility and accessibility throughout the neighborhood.
