A. The North Florida Transportation Planning Organization (TPO) is the independent regional transportation planning agency for all of Duval and the major parts of Clay, Nassau and St. Johns Counties. In coordination with our agency members and partners, we develop plans and programs to guide the region's transportation planning process including the Long Range Transportation Plan and the Transportation Improvement Program. We also conduct studies and provide a regional forum for identifying and addressing transportation issues. In addition to these planning and programming tasks, we address immediate needs by overseeing the delivery of services to the transportation disadvantaged and providing direct services to commuters and employers.

A. We are funded by federal and state grants and local assessment of member municipalities and transportation agencies.
