You’ve committed to saving hundreds of dollars in commuting costs by carpooling to work with someone, bicycling or walking to work. Now you’re wondering how you’d get home in an emergency on those days when you use an alternative mode of transportation.
We have your solution. And it won’t cost you a cent. It’s our Emergency Ride Home (ERH) Program, which is funded by the Florida Department of Transportation.
The ERH program provides free taxi service in emergency situations for registered commuters that live and work in Duval, Clay, Nassau, Baker, and St. Johns Counties (up to four times a calendar year). If you carpool, bike, or walk to work at least three times a week you’re eligible to apply for the ERH program.
Our ERH FAQ sheet will answer your questions about what constitutes an emergency and how the program works.
Read the FAQ’S but still have questions? Call us at (904) 306-7500 or toll free at 1-888-488-4898.
